Do you deliver and set up the rentals?
While our business model is DIY, which means they are affordable because you pick up and return everything yourself, we do offer delivery for an additional fee. We do not offer setup.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens, we get it! If you need to cancel your booking, just reach out to us as soon as you can. We’ll help you navigate the best options available for rescheduling or refunds.
Can I pick up the rental items myself?
We prefer that you grab the items yourself. We will schedule a pickup day and time once you book your reservation. We’ll have everything ready for you; you just need to swing by!
How far in advance should I book my party rentals?
We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. Aim for at least a couple of weeks in advance, but if you have a last-minute need, still reach out — let’s see what we can do!
